Our Tiny Tots class is a welcoming “parent-and-me” experience where one caregiver joins their little one on the mats. Through play, movement, and gentle structure, we introduce the world of grappling arts — Judo, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and Wrestling — building confidence, coordination, and connection.
